If I'd known about this company and this type of position before, I wouldn't have stayed in the hospitality industry for so long. I've been with Hollyburn for nine years now and I love it. Feeling that I can please our residents is such a great reward. And whenever I ask the management team for help with something, I'm always well supported. When there's a problem, they're willing to sit down with you so you know how to solve the problem and avoid it happening again. That doesn't happen in many companies.

Hollyburn really cares - about us as managers, about the residents, and about their buildings. When there are problems, they really listen to us and then deal with those issues - whatever they promise, they deliver. We love our apartment, too, and being able to work together is something we really wanted to do.
