We are looking for experienced couples to fill (3) full-time Resident Manager positions. Candidates must have a minimum 2 – 3 years of experience, be fluent (oral and written) in English, have knowledge of the RTA, experience in renovations, collections, renting (including qualification of applicants), maintenance, minor landscaping and cleaning are required. The ability to work well in a customer service role is essential. Basic tools are a requirement for this job and will not be provided. A vehicle is not required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• rent collections

• banking

• renting suites

• evictions/hearings

• tenant correspondence

• email

• regular in-suite and common area maintenance

• in-suite and common area renovations

• common area and in-suite custodial duties

• minor landscaping, lawn mowing, watering, planting seasonally and some weeding

The positions would suit a younger couple without children as the posting is a live-in position with a mid-sized 1 bedroom apartment to be provided. Any candidates for consideration must ensure day care is provided for their children.

We offer competitive wages and benefits based on experience and qualifications. Medical and dental benefits are provided after 6 months of employment. These positions are full-time, five days per week. Not all positions are Monday through Friday and some positions require weekend working days.
