We have an excellent building manager, Mariana, who works hard at her job with a positive and cheerful attitude and responds quickly to any problems that arise. I also like the fact that Hollyburn has continued to repair and upgrade the building since I moved in 2.5 years ago.”

“I can truly say that Nadia and Ciprian are managers that go above and beyond. They are the best Rental Managers that I have come across in my years of rental service. They respond to concerns in a timely fashion and are always very amenable and approachable at any time. I recently had knee surgery performed and had difficulty negotiating the stairs down to the laundry room and to empty the garbage. Though fortunately I had the assist of friends for some tasks, as I live alone, Nadia helped by doing my laundry for me during my recovery period. This was of great assist to me and I'm sure taking time out of her busy schedule. I see Ciprian working long hours and he always seems very enthusiastic about his work. He seems to have done some very good work with renovations, this is definitely his skill. I see both of them work long hours with lots of enthusiasm.”

They are very good at maintaining the building (and I often see them doing significant/large fix-it jobs around the building) and informing tenants on a timely basis of pertinent matters. They have never been difficult to reach or talk to. And they follow up requests promptly. Another point is that the landscaping is really good, much better than other buildings in the area. When I look for an apartment I don’t only look at the suites themselves but also want to get a feel for who is managing them. Right from the beginning I felt their commitment to making this complex a friendly, safe and enjoyable place to live. I have really appreciated how welcome they have made me feel, how much time they have taken to orient me to the complex, and how quickly they continue to respond to any request I have had. With so many suites to manage it cannot be an easy job, but they have shown nothing but total professionalism since I arrived. I am delighted to be here and look forward to many happy years at Willow Gardens. You should be really proud to have these two managers working for your company.”

“I wanted to comment on my experience so far at Seaside Plaza on West 1st Ave in Vancouver. I've moved in at the beginning of May of this year, but have had a positive experience thus far. Its an older building with some character, but the building managers were working on the weekend to repaint my apartment before I moved in. I've had certain small requests over the months and they've been dealt with in a timely manner. Thank you for wanting to improve the service in your buildings. Its a positive sign that the company owning the building is responsive to the needs/requests of its tenants.”

“Our manager Jack is one great manager. He is quiet, responsible and very approachable. He responds very quickly to any request we have had, even coming up to change a light bulb in the kitchen within minutes. Any other requests are just about immmediate. He gives ample notice if he needs to come into the apartment for repair etc. And I have seen Jack working in the office on his days off, even working longer than his 9-5 schedule some days. We were very impressed with the evening held on Earthquake Preparedness...The BBQ held poolside was a very nice touch to welcome us, as we are still new to the building. It gave us a chance to meet many of our neighbours.”
Rose, Bay Towers:
“Mariana [our property manager] makes everyone feel at home. She goes beyond her call of duty. She accepts parcel or Fedex deliveries when you cannot be there to receive them. She introduces new tenants to existing long term tenants and always has a pleasant smile. She makes the building always look orderly and clean and tidy. I recently moved my elderly father from Ontario after 45 years of living there and Mariana has made the transition easier for him by her warmth and sincerity. I enjoy living at Bay Towers because of Mariana.”

They are both very hard working and effective managers. They take on the big and small projects around the building in a timely manner. His work ethic, principles and values are an example of what to look for when hiring an individual to represent a company or name.
